Not only a 1970s shoe, the return from the Puma Jogger trainers also sees some suitably vintage colours at play too.

The Puma Jogger is, as you may have guessed, a 1970s running shoe. Actually it dates back to 1975 but still screams the era whenever you see this particular reissue. No bad part of my book.

The two colour options on offer are the yellow and blue above, combined with the orange and black pictured below. Colours to help you get noticed. A for the design, that's still greatly a retro running shoe, having a mix of premium suede and nylon for the upper, matched up with original branding to the sidewalls, heel and tongue, a cushioning two-tone midsole along with a rubber outsole designed for 'sticky' traction.

An old-fashioned classic and excellent for running around come july 1st (in an amateur sense obviously, I suspect athletic shoes have long managed to move on for that professionals and enthusiastic joggers). lb70 gets a pair.
