Not replica shirts, this is classic football shirt knitwear by Lyle and Scott, produced alongside Lovers FC.

It isn't the first time the 2 brands have teamed up. A number of you may recall me featuring the initial collaboration earlier this year, which reworked 1990s kits. This second collection, for me personally a minimum of, is a cut above that.

Of course, the differences are led by these being different kits (with the exception of one). But there is a lot more than that pushing things up.

First up, the previous kit held in some sponsor details. Not too here thankfully. Secondly, these are mainly classic polo shirts, which work nicely going down the football route. Yes, a couple of crewnecks too. But mainly knitted polo shirts.

The end result is sharper, less gimmicky and far more wearable. If you're a fan of one of the clubs concerned, all the better. They would have been ideal in summer, however i suspect you still could easily get some wear out of these at the moment of the year too.

A good range available too, that is a mix of clubs for example Sampdoria and Ajax, as well as some classic international tops like Germany and the old Ussr. Have a look and pick your favourite.

They have co-branding, with the Lyle and Scott logo more prominent on basically one. Yes, that 'one' to be the Juventus kit, that has Lovers FC emblazoned around the front. Beyond that, the majority are short-sleeve, fine knit polos having a ribbed hem and cuffs, in addition to a three-button collar.
